How to use the Micromesh kit?

Wrap Micromesh water-based sanding cloth around the foam block.

Moisten the surface with water and sand evenly IN A STRAIGHT LINE the entire surface using firm pressure until the damage is completely removed. WARNING: DO NOT WORK IN A CIRCLE.

After about 4 minutes, check the progress of your work until the defects have completely disappeared.

Work on an area slightly larger than the stain in each step.

Once the result is satisfactory, follow the steps below:

Change the sanding direction 90 degrees with each new shade.

When you have completed the last step of the Micromesh series and are satisfied with the appearance of the surface, wash the surface thoroughly with clean water.

Rinse a wipe in clean water and wrap it around the foam block. Apply a small drop of Microgloss to the fabric.
Rub the work area vigorously in straight lines. Press firmly for 1 or 2 minutes until the Microgloss is almost gone. You can spray water on the surface if you need to extend the working time.

Finally, spray with water and wipe the entire surface clean and dry with the second flannel wipe.

Precautions for use

Sanding without a foam block will produce a wavy or warped surface.
Do not wear watches, rings or bracelets while working in order to avoid scratching the surface.
Your Micromesh must be clean to avoid scratches.
Once your renovation is complete, rinse the Micromesh linens and flannel wipes in clean water. Allow them to air dry and store in their original packaging.
Micro-Mesh is reusable.
Micro-Mesh can be used wet or dry, best results are obtained when 'It is used wet.
Avoid synthetic fabrics and paper towels when cleaning your work to avoid scratches.
Always work in a straight line crossing 90 ° when changing grain.
