What are Creative Seeds stencils?

Graine Créative's stencils are screen printing screens (or silk screens). They are most often used to decorate polymer clay with paint or micas powders.

These silk screens measure 11.4 cm by 15.3 cm. There are several patterns on a single board, which allows even more creations!

The Graine Créative stencil is infinitely reusable! It is easy to clean, however be careful not to let the paint (acrylic) dry! Rinse immediately in a soapy water bath.

How to use Graine Créative silk screens?

They are generally used on polymer clay (Fimo, Cernit, Sculpey, Kato, ...). They allow a precise and very clean rendering.

Use

Apply your stencil to your raw polymer clay .
Place a little paint on the width then spread your paint everywhere with a plastic plate or card (loyalty, bank, ...)
Once the color is evenly distributed throughout, gently remove the stencil and put it directly into the soapy water so that the small holes are not clogged.
When the paint is dry, put your polymer clay in the oven following the manufacturer's instructions.

For use with mica powder, apply your stencil to the paste. Then, using your finger or a brush, apply the powder to the stencil and distribute it well. You can then cut your shapes with a cookie cutter and put the dough in the oven.
