The gutta applicator is used to create your reserve for the outline of your image.
The glass applicator for gutta is available in 4 sizes:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
- Double
How to use the gutta applicator?
- Fill about half a ball of your applicator with gutta.
- Then hold your applicator like a pen.
- The point should be close to the canvas forming a 90 degree angle.
- Move your applicator regularly and evenly over your silk.
- Make sure your fabric absorbs the gutta.
- To clean your applicator, rinse it with water or solvent (depending on the nature of your gutta).
Important precautions
Gently handle your applicator. Indeed, it is made of glass and therefore fragile.
