Cretacolor pastels are grease-free, lightfast, can be wiped, mixed and painted with water. Pastel chalk adheres particularly well to drawing paper with a rough to grained surface and to velvet paper. A light fixation (!) is recommended, just like for pure pastels. Cretacolor pastel chalk is particularly appreciated by schools thanks to its good quality and very advantageous price.

The CRETACOLOR® Pastelcarré sets, in a cardboard case, are available in 72 shades, pastel format 72 x 7 x 7 mm.
