What do I need to felt wool?

To make your felted creation, you must use carded wool.

You will also need finger guards, felting needles and a foam block (to work on it and easily push in your needles).

Felting needle information

Length: 7.8cm

On the end of the felting needle there are very small notches which, like small harpoons, will catch the fibers of the wool and tangle them when you stitch the material. Your wool will bunch up as you stitch it. With a little practice, you will be able to sculpt the material according to your desires.
